CORE Foodservice has a Marketing Specialist opportunity on the Digital Marketing Team!
The Digital Marketing Team is responsible for supporting the organization and sales team. This includes creating, editing, and managing assets and content for internal use as well as with clients, distributor, and operator partners.
This is a remote position. Candidates must reside within the continental United States and be permanent citizens.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
- Create marketing pieces as requested by the sales and support teams including but not limited to sell sheets, brochures, promotions, advertisements, menus, product tags and cross merchandising materials combining CORE’s client’s products
- Adhere to CORE Foodservice and our client’s brand guidelines and gain approval as needed
- Gather insights via Technomic ignite and Mintel to support marketing materials or sales team
- Flexible and responsive to sales team’s priorities
- Social media content creation for @corefoodservice corporate LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts
- Report and record marketing activities
- Other duties as assigned

- Understanding of the foodservice sales industry
- Ability to translate sales execution into assets
- Professional, positive and persuasive demeanor
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Specifically Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign Photoshop, and Premier Pro)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Extremely Self Motivated
- Punctual, meticulous, and reliable
Special Position Requirements
- 3+ years marketing experience
- Leadership skills
- Ability to work independently
- Time management
- Experience planning and executing organization of large assets and information architecture
- Possess a strong desire to WIN
- Excellent verbal, written and communication skills
