Senior Director II, Global Digital Transformation & Analytics

This global leadership role defines and delivers the vision, strategy, and execution for digital transformation, product management, and advanced analytics within the QSE (Quality, Safety, Environmental) function. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader who thrives in complex, technical, and regulatory environments, with a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive analytics-driven change. The role centers around enhancing digital tools and platforms, managing a multidisciplinary team, and enabling business value and customer-centric solutions. They will act as the primary product owner for all QSE Digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs. Key strengths include technical proficiency, product mindset, and the capability to embed digital literacy across teams. Success requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and a relentless focus on improvement and business impact.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Define and execute a comprehensive digital transformation and product roadmap for QSE in alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Serve as the business and product owner for all QSE digital solutions, managing integrated product and analytics strategies.
  • Lead a high-performing global team responsible for digital product management, platform governance, analytics development, and change management.
  • Engage with QSE sub-functions and system partners as primary customers, co-creating solutions and driving measurable benefits across a multi-customer environment.
  • Drive change management, adoption strategies, and user training for digital and analytics tools.
  • Oversee platform/data governance for compliance, safety, security, and risk management.
  • Foster innovation and identify new digital, product, and analytics solutions to deliver measurable business value.
  • Maintain thought leadership by staying ahead of industry trends and positioning QSE as a leader in digital transformation.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in quantitative or technical disciplines (e.g., engineering, data science, analytics, information systems, or environmental science).
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related technical fields (preferred).
  • Additional certifications in analytics, data governance, or digital transformation (preferred).
  • 12+ years of experience in digital product management, transformation, analytics, or related disciplines in a global, regulated environment.
  • Demonstrable experience as a product owner managing the full lifecycle of digital tools or platforms.
  • Experience implementing digital and analytics strategies at scale, including platform governance, product analytics, and value realization.
  • Proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams and complex transformation initiatives.
  • Strong influencer and communicator, with a history of stakeholder engagement and enablement across diverse business functions.

Pay Range:

$224,100 - $257,600

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
