Job Description Summary:

＜職務概要＞

- コカ･コーラ原液製造工場において、生産計画に基づいて多種多様の原料を扱い、製造設備を稼動し、原液製造レシピに従って、計画通りの原液製造オペレーションを実行する。
- 品質・安全・環境に関連するコカ･コーラ社要求事項・手順を理解しながら、担当業務を遂行する。

1. 製造オペレーションの実行
- 生産計画指示に従って、多種多様の原料を扱い、製造設備を稼動し、原液製造レシピに従って計画通りの原液製造オペレーションを実行する。
- 担当する各作業に関連する作業標準書を理解し、それらに従ってオペレーションを実行する。
- グループメンバーと相互にコミュニケーションを取りながら、連携して作業を実施する。

2. 品質・安全・環境マネジメントシステムの理解と実行
- 担当業務に関連するコカ･コーラ社の品質・安全・環境の要求事項(KORE)を理解し、順守する。要求事項には、以下の内容が含まれる。
➢ 衛生管理手順、品質エラー防止手順、5S、設備の日常保全、非定常・高リスク作業手順、安全・環境関連緊急時対応、情報管理等。
- 要求事項の改定、マネジメントシステム内部監査・外部審査による是正事項に従って、業務改善を実施する。

＜内部コミュニケーション範囲＞
- 日常の製造オペレーションにおいて、グループメンバーおよびリーダーと連携して作業を進めるための連絡事項の伝達を適切に実施する。
- 原料、設備、オペレーション等におけるトラブル等発生時に、その状況、現象、原因等を的確にリーダーおよびマネジャーへ迅速に報告する。また、トラブル等復旧対応において、品質保証部門、エンジニアリング部門等関連部門への情報伝達を行い、協働で現場での復旧対応を実施する。
- 製造オペレーションおよび製造設備の改善等の検討において、関係部門 (主に品質保証部門、エンジニアリング部門等) とのコミュニケーションを通じて、プロセスを進めていく。(修理依頼書の発行等)

＜外部コミュニケーション範囲＞
- 設備、資材等改善の機会において、リーダーおよびマネジャーと共にメーカーとの情報交換のためのコミュニケーションを実施する。

Job Summary:  

Production Operators produce high quality Beverage bases & concentrates according to the manufacturing manuals at the lowest cost on a timely manner. They work with understanding ISO22000, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and KORE. There are core aspects for this position:

• Manufacturing BBs effectively to fulfil production schedules by following production SOP.

• Pursuing a world class operational excellence culture (zero defects, continuous improvement, lean environment).

• Maintaining machine, equipment & tools at the best condition • Nurturing a safe working environment, zero accidents mindset and environmentally responsible culture.

• Train other operators.

• Assess and improve operation risks in plant

• Assess and improve environmental aspect

• Execute internal ISO audit

• Participate in HACCP team 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:  

1. Manufacturing Execution.

- Conduct Manufacturing (Liquid and Dry) activities effectively & efficiently to deliver production schedule accordingly.

- Conduct all manufacturing activities (liquid and dry parts) according to Company requirement and Good Manufacturing Practices.

- Create SOP & working instructions according to Company’s formulations and manufacturing instructions

- Apply root cause analysis and generate corrective actions to avoid issue recurrence.

- Execute internal/external audits corrective actions.

- Apply and embed Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000) concepts and requirements in the manufacturing processes. - Input SAP’s manufacturing data accurately.

2. Safety and Environmental

- Nature an accident free environment and instill a zero accident culture among the plant.

- Conduct hazards assessment and their corresponding preventive actions.

- Complete root cause analysis and corrective actions for incidents and accidents.  

- Ensure all SOP & manuals updated.
