Job Description Summary:

Our Public Affairs, Communications, Sustainability (PACS) teams inspire growth and build trust with key stakeholders by forming meaningful relationships, communicating impact and creating innovative products and experiences for our brands and company.  This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who is passionate about fostering relationships and driving growth through community marketing partnerships. What You'll Do for Us:

  • Lead day-to-day engagement and strategy with community marketing nonprofit partners.
  • Execute contractual agreements with CM nonprofit partners to create mutual value.
  • Design, implement and execute best-in-class cause marketing programs.
  • Manage and track implementation of joint annual partnership plans with each CM nonprofit partner.
  • Support the Director in providing visibility of CM partnerships to NAOU PACS organization.
  • Collaborate with the Stakeholder and Social Impact Management team to embed cause and community marketing strategies into our work.
  • Lead communication with CM partners and the system to drive shared value.
  • Develop Strategic Comms plan for priority CM partner programs and community engagement.
  • Gather and analyze program results to optimize awareness of reputational proof points.
  • Cultivate the partnership and steward performance with our system.
  • Build system momentum for adoption of CM programs.
  • Write and present CM plans for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree a plus.
  • 8+ years’ experience in marketing program development and activation, project management, customer and/or partnership management, financial administration and data collection/analytics and reporting.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and experience in successfully managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Customer/Consumer marketing, brand and analytics expertise and activation
  • Customer/Partnership management and system knowledge experience
  • Negotiation, Joint business planning and implementation
  • Partnership and coalition development and influencing with ability to create value for all involved
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills
