Your role at Clorox:

This role is accountable for the end-to-end supply chain within the Mexico cluster, the region’s largest and most strategic market, representing LATAM's net customer sales. The position reports directly to the Supply Chain Director LATAM and is a key member of the Mexico leadership team.

The Supply Chain Director leads the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of the E2E supply chain in Mexico, including logistics, planning, and customer operations. This leader will partner closely with the Enterprise Supply Chain Center and functional peers across LATAM to align local execution with broader strategic priorities.

Given Mexico’s scale, complexity, and growth ambition, this role is critical to enabling the cluster’s performance, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the cluster’s aggressive commercial goals. The position requires translating business priorities into supply chain strategies and delivering results through high-performing, locally rooted teams."

In this role, you will:

  • Define overall supply chain strategy for BU & network design in alignment with BU and Enterprise Supply Chain strategy, including disseminating appropriate performance targets/goals and KPIs for sub-functions. Provide strategic leadership and full accountability for the design and execution of the end-to-end supply chain in Mexico, aligned with business and P&L priorities.
  • Provide strategic leadership and operational accountability to develop and run effective and efficient supply chain for the SBU. Lead and develop a high-performing local supply chain organization, ensuring capability building, succession, and engagement.
  • Manage, coach, develop people and team to deliver BU goals. Ensure operational excellence across all supply chain pillars: planning, logistics, customer operations and service.
  • Collaborate & share accountability with the Center for SBU specific procurement strategy & execution. Oversee the implementation of innovation, productivity and cost-saving initiatives within the cluster, partnering with commercial and global teams.
  • Responsible for the E2E supply chain including Logistics (for Latam) and Planning & Manufacturing Execution. Actively collaborate with the Enterprise Supply Chain Center to align digital transformation, procurement strategy, and supply network design.
  • Assess supply chain technology and execution in collaboration with the center and the BU GM.

What we look for:

  • Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles across multiple disciplines (e.g., manufacturing, planning, logistics, customer service).
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to align supply chain strategy with commercial and financial priorities.
  • Skilled in end-to-end supply chain thinking, capable of identifying dependencies and enabling performance across all functions.
  • Exceptional leadership and team development capabilities; builds and retains top talent and fosters a culture of performance and accountability.
  • Highly effective in influencing senior stakeholders and navigating ambiguity.
  • Strong execution focus, with a bias for action and ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into strategic decisions.
  • Culturally agile, with the ability to operate effectively in diverse, cross-country environments.
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Administration or equivalent experience.
