Your role at Clorox:

Como KAE en Clorox, serás el motor clave en el desarrollo y ejecución de estrategias comerciales para nuestros clientes y Joint Business Plans (JBP), enfocándote en alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y posicionamiento de marca. Trabajarás de la mano con tu Gerente Regional para impulsar el crecimiento de nuestras categorías y marcas en el punto de venta, asegurando un impacto directo en el volumen, la participación de mercado y el Share. Además, gestionarás KPIs y coordinarás esfuerzos de merchandising para maximizar nuestra presencia y distribución en todas las cuentas asignadas.

In this role, you will:

  • Cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas y cobranza: Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos mensuales de ventas y cobranza.
  • Desarrollo estratégico de cuentas: Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento en el mercado a través del análisis de KPIs y el desarrollo de estrategias a corto, mediano y largo plazo.
  • Análisis y planeación: Revisión y análisis mensual, trimestral y anual de KPIs para optimizar la ejecución de la estrategia comercial.

What we look for:

  • Experiencia mínima: 3 años en ventas, con un fuerte conocimiento del canal Tradicional Mayorista. Gestión la cuenta Decasa, deseable haber manejado también la cuenta Central de Víveres o Distribuidora de perfumería, mas no indispensable.
  • Negociación efectiva para manejar la demanda y fortalecer relaciones comerciales a largo plazo.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación para influir en las decisiones de los clientes y gestionar relaciones a largo plazo.
  • Orientación a resultados con enfoque en negociaciones estratégicas y revisiones de negocio trimestrales.
  • Trabajo colaborativo con diversas áreas de la empresa.
  • Conocimiento de la dinámica del mercado, competidores y preferencias del consumidor.
  • Manejo de sistema Promax o algún crm equivalente.
  • Experiencia en el análisis de datos de Nielsen para construir planes estratégicos por zona geográfica.
  • Esta posición tiene base en Veracruz.
  • Título universitario en Negocios, Economía, Ingeniería o experiencia relevante profesional.
