Your role at Clorox:

Lead strategic and operational excellence across a network of distribution centers, aligning with broader supply chain goals. Oversee domestic operations to optimize cost, service, and product flow. Manage network performance through cross-functional collaboration. Own execution of core fulfillment processes, driving daily operations, and continuous improvement. Integrate distribution operations with planning, manufacturing, and customer service to ensure end-to-end value delivery. Champion automation, digital transformation, and future network capabilities. Serve as a key member of the logistics leadership team, contributing to strategic initiatives and leading process improvement efforts.

In this role, you will:

People & Organizational Leadership

  • Own strategic roadmap and partnerships with third-party logistics providers for long-term network optimization.
  • Lead a team of direct and indirect reports; influence broader personnel development.
  • Drive employee development and logistics talent growth.
  • Promote best practices, training, and capability building.
  • Continuously improve productivity through process, systems, and partner leverage.

Operational Excellence

  • Manage long-range planning, budgets, and forecasts for distribution operations.
  • Track and improve key performance metrics (e.g., cost, inventory accuracy, service leve
  • Identify bottlenecks and lead flow improvements.
  • Conduct network reviews and own performance metrics.

Fulfillment Process Leadership

  • Align systems and processes for consistent, high-performance execution.
  • Lead core fulfillment processes across the network.
  • Drive improvements and ensure compliance with customer and internal standards.

End-to-End Process Integration

  • Set operational standards and consult across global regions.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and business leaders to enhance execution.
  • Manage expectations and increase partner awareness.
  • Lead cross-functional reviews to eliminate inefficiencies and ensure throughput capacity.

Strategic Projects & Initiatives

  • Lead implementation and execution of strategic initiatives, including new fulfillment models.
  • Influence enterprise-wide projects and ensure successful launches.
  • Deliver benefits aligned with cost, inventory, and flow goals.

Leadership Team Engagement

  • Model high-performance behaviors and drive logistics success.
  • Ensure integration across logistics functions and influence broader organizational changes.
  • Represent logistics in cross-functional forums and strategic planning efforts.

  • Network Strategy: Own long-term roadmap; align cross-functionally for capacity and automation.

What we look for:

  • 12+ years in supply chain, with expertise in fulfillment, planning, and strategic project leadership
  • Proven experience managing complex distribution networks, including third-party providers and automation
  • Strong track record of aligning fulfillment with planning, manufacturing, and customer operations
  • Leadership in cross-functional initiatives such as network optimization and digital transformation
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and develop talent
  • Ownership of budgets, forecasts, and KPIs focused on cost efficiency and service excellence
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Master’s degree or advanced certifications preferred

Workplace type:

Hybrid, 3 days a week in office, 2 days working from home.

We use broad salary ranges that reflect the competitive market for similar jobs, provide sufficient opportunity for growth as you gain experience and expand responsibilities, while also allowing for differentiation based on performance. Based on the breadth of our ranges, most new hires will start at Clorox in the first half of the applicable range. Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $175,100 - $360,700

–Zone B: $160,500 - $330,700

–Zone C: $145,900 - $300,600

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
