If you have experience operating floor equipment and enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things spotless, we’d love to have you on our team! We’re hiring a Part-Time Housekeeper to help maintain the beauty and functionality of The Classic Center. As a key member of our operations department, you’ll play an important role in keeping public areas clean and inviting. Your work will make a real impact on the experience of our guests, colleagues, and community.
TYPICAL WORK ROUTINE INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Extensive walking throughout the facility and facility grounds.
- Completion of tasks and daily assignments as assigned cooperatively.
- Perform general manual labor associated with set-up, custodial, maintenance, or housekeeping functions.
- Maintain the public image of the Operations Department at all times when in the service of The Classic Center.
- Maintain an irregular work schedule as required by the Operations Manager for events within The Classic Center.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Floor Tech experience not required, but a plus.
- Ability to demonstrate basic cleaning techniques.
- Ability to perform manual tasks requiring physical strength and perform reasonably heavy labor.
- Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions accurately.
- Related training and experience that offers a further understanding of custodial and housekeeping techniques is desirable.
- Ability and desire to work in a team environment and under the direction of a shift lead or manager on duty.
The candidate who is selected for this position will have to successfully pass a drug screening and a criminal background check.
