Full Stack Developer
About the Role:
The Citco Governance Services Development Team is currently looking for a Full Stack Developer with experience in .Net, React, SQL and Restful Web Services. Responsibilities will primarily include new development, development of enhancements, contribution to system releases and third-level support as required. You will be working in a cross-functional team to build, test and deliver applications for the financial services industry. You will be interfacing with a local Dev Manager and stakeholders in Europe and North America.
Job Duties in Brief
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable software architectures
- Create and maintain technical documentation for system architecture
- Apply appropriate design patterns to solve complex business problems
- Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using .NET Core and React
- Build responsive and performant user interfaces using React best practices
- Lead technical architecture decisions and implement best practices
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Optimize application performance and maintain security standards
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions
About You
- Backend Development
- 7+ years of experience in .NET development (.NET Core, C#)
- Strong command of design patterns (Creational, Structural, Behavioral)
- Expert-level understanding of software architecture patterns:
- Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
- Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS)
- Event Sourcing
- Deep knowledge of architectural styles:
- Microservices
- N-tier Architecture
- Event-driven Architecture
- Frontend Development
- Strong expertise in front-end technologies:
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- React
- Advanced knowledge of React ecosystem:
- Redux
- React Hooks
- React Router
- Strong expertise in front-end technologies:
- Database & API
- Proficiency in SQL Server, Entity Framework
- Experience in RESTful API design and implementation7+ years of experience in .NET development (.NET Core, C#)
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale applications
- Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Track record of delivering complex enterprise applications
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and microservices architecture
- CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices
- Cloud certification (Azure/AWS)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience in financial services industry
- System design and architecture certifications
