About the Team & Business Line
Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centers Citco Bank provides access to best-in-class process and technology.
As a core member of our Compliance team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to minimize operational risks and ensure our clients experience seamless delivery across banking services.
Your Role:
- Evaluate Private Equity, Debt and Real Estate transactions and cash flows.
- Obtain and assess legal documentation to fulfill depositary’s ownership verification and record keeping duties.
- Work with internal and external parties to resolve queries and escalate any issues.
- Provide departmental reporting to management and participate in team development activities and ad-hoc projects.
About You:
- Have a third level business/finance/legal qualification.
- Experience working with some of the following assets classes - private equity, infrastructure, debt or real estate investment funds.
- Strong written and spoken English.
Salary Ranges
1375 - 1875 EUR GROSS
