We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with strong focus in .NET Technologies to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions. They will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software systems using the latest technologies and frameworks, with a focus on SAS-based product development and agile ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Web Forms.
- Work with Oracle or SQL Databases to design and optimize database interactions.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces and responsive front-end components using Angular.
- Lead the design and development of SAS-based products, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Actively contribute in an Agile environment, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, system design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and performance standards through agile best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and functional issues.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software development.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience of 6+ years in a role within software development with a strong technical focus on C# and .NET Core.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET Web Forms and building web-based applications.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle or SQL Server, including query optimization and database design.
- Strong experience in SAS-based product development, including integration and deployment.
- Proficiency in Angular or similar front-end frameworks.
- Solid understanding of software architecture and design principles.
- Prior experience working in an Agile development environment with knowledge of agile methodologies and ways of working.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Prior experience in the health insurance domain is highly desirable.
- Industry certifications are added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
