Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end product development, from research and discovery to launch and measurement.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with design, engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver impactful solutions.

  • Apply first-principles thinking to solve complex problems and identify high-leverage opportunities.

  • Engage hands-on with data and AI, supporting model development and data analysis to accelerate learning.

  • Champion intuitive, elegant design and ensure exceptional user experiences.

  • Validate ideas through rapid experimentation, user testing, and data-driven insights.

  • Leverage modern AI tools to amplify team productivity and velocity.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience building data-driven products.

  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

  • Experience with machine learning techniques and frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).

  • Knowledge of data engineering concepts, ETL processes, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).

  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts into business value.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.

  • Experience in healthcare data and familiarity with clinical coding standards and interoperability formats.

  • Proficiency with BI tools and data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Matplotlib).

  • Background in enterprise risk management within health insurance.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 135,900 - 226,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan and long term incentive plan.
