Proposal Support Senior Advisor
Provides subject matter expertise and resolving complex proposal issues, representing the next level of review. Provides expert content on complex Proposal support assignments/projects. Responsible for developing standard home delivery proposals responses and processes, designed to win new and retain existing business for integrated, new & custom home delivery opportunities. Participates on team projects to complete large group and custom proposals. Participates in sales strategy meetings with the sales, underwriting, marketing, and operations departments. Develops pre-sales contract strategies and works closely with marketing, sales, and business management teams to structure proposals/contracts/bid documents. Participates in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, systems, and quality review processes for the entire department. Provides and coordinates client presentations. Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders. Focuses on providing thought leadership within Proposal Support but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert.
