  • Lead end-to-end process re-engineering, including:

    • Elimination of non-value-add activities

    • Simplification and standardization (AI/automation opportunities)

    • Identification of org design, GCC, vendor optimization opportunities

  • Partner with PMO to transition initiatives into structured execution when appropriate.

  • Partner with Data & Analytics to leverage insights for diagnostics and performance tracking.

  • Identify opportunities for automation, AI, workflow, or technology enablement tied to redesigned processes.

  • Navigate resistance by grounding recommendations in data and operational reality.

  • Codify repeatable diagnostic and re-engineering methodologies, tools, and playbooks.

  • Partner with Change Management to ensure adoption and sustainability.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in process re-engineering, operational transformation, or enterprise consulting.

  • Proven track record delivering measurable efficiency and effectiveness outcomes.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex organizations.

  • Executive presence and comfort operating with senior leaders.

  • Background in Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent process excellence methodologies preferred.
