About this role

The Meetinghouse Facilities Department (MFD) is seeking a well-organized, customer- focused individual for the role of Administrative Assistant, supporting the Vanuatu Facilities Management Group. This position is based in Port Vila, and the successful applicant will be required to work from this location. This is a permanent full-time position reporting to the Facilities Manager. The role of the Administrative Assistant is an integral part of the facilities management group in providing support services to the team and customers.
