About this role
The Senior Network Engineer is the third tier of support personnel responsible for the design, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, operations, and optimization of the TCH WAN & LAN infrastructure. This individual will respond to and resolve any network related issues in a timely manner. They are also responsible for mentoring personnel and ensuring all maintenance and support is being performed adequately by all engineers and analysts. They will report all status and health of the network to the Manger, Network Technology Services on a regular basis.
