This position is focused on day-to-day operations and reports to the Treasury Operations supervisor. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Monitor daily cash position and short-term liquidity to meet operational needs.
• Perform daily cash reconciliations
• Monitor interface between Treasury management system and SAP
• Prepare daily and monthly Treasury reports as Daily Cash Position, Min Cash requirements, Monthly liquidity analysis
• Input Treasury wire transfers, ACH payments, cash transfers and other disbursements accurately and timely.
• Perform back-office activities as trade confirmation, and settlement.
• Ensuring adherence to policies, assisting with audits, and managing KYC processes.
• Process and tracking all intercompany loan portfolio and distribution activity
• Perform monthly closing activities such as running interest accruals, amortizations of debt fees, bank to book reconciliations, adjusting ITR rate for LATAM, revaluation of derivatives, prepare manual journal entries etc.
• Support monthly IC netting process
• Support the weekly direct cash forecast activities
• Building automation, developing SOPs, and collaborating on treasury projects.

The following is required for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English

The following is preferred for this role:

• SAP and Quantum knowledge would be a plus
• Good analytical skills
• Must be a team player
• Computer proficient including MS office skills (Excel, word, power point)
