Job DetailsJob Location: Center at Centerplace - GREELEY, CO 80634Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00 HourlyThe Center at CenterPlace is Greeley's premier, dedicated short-term rehabilitation facility featuring 54 private suites, state of the art rehabilitation equipment, and care delivered in a hotel-like setting.

Our center is seeking a team-oriented Day Shift CNA who is dedicated to patient outcomes and customer service. .

Essential Job Duties

CNAs Provide assistance with routine nursing care and activities of daily living for patients according to their care plan
Documents patient care as provided
Obtain and record vital signs as directed by the assigned nurse
Respond to patient needs and requests, in addition to routine care
