WHO WE NEED
You will be assisting customers in the financial transaction upon entering parking facilities in addition to working with a crew responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of multiple parking decks in a downtown business environment. You will be performing routine custodian duties such as:
- Sweeping, litter pickup and disposal
- Painting and pressure washing
- The position requires work to be performed both indoors and outdoors year-round
IDEAL CANDIDATE SKILLS
The successful candidate sincerely enjoys creating a positive experience for customers and coworkers. They always can anticipate a customer’s needs and present a professional appearance and demeanor.
- You are the most sought-after customer service expert in town!
- Works as a team player, sharing knowledge and skills AND excel while working independently
- Prior mechanical or painting experience is a preferred
- Good knowledge of the area/downtown locations a plus
- Calculate parking amount due from customer then collect validations and payment from customers
- Operate cash register and maintain strict cash controls
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 year in janitorial & maintenance work
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
