What You Will Do

 

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences through meetings, calls, and personalized 
    financial advice.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Drive business growth by identifying prospects, building relationships, and converting 
    leads into clients.
  • Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach, networking, and solution-based 
    selling.
  • Provide advice and manage accounts/policies using our planning processes.
  • Build and update financial plans using advanced planning tools.
  • Prepare and process paperwork accurately.
  • Monitor investment portfolios for ongoing suitability.
  • Educate clients on products, solutions, and services.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals, provide coverage, and support other Advisors
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as needed.

 

What You Will Bring

 

  • Strong relationship-building skills and commitment to long-term client success.
  • Proven ability or strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology to enhance the client experience.
  • Adaptability to a growing business and evolving processes.
  • Solid knowledge of savings, investments, insurance products, and financial planning 
    concepts.
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong critical thinking and judgment.
  • Post-secondary education in Business or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services
  • MFDA and/or LLQP licenses required (or willingness to obtain)
  • Professional accreditation (CFP, CIM, or equivalent) is an asset.

The base salary for this position is between  $57,100 - $ 85,600 annually.  This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).  If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
