Your Role:
Master data maintenance: Update and maintain master data hierarchies in BI/reporting tools, SAP, and other financial reporting tools.
Interface maintenance: Monitor the flow of data between ERPs and reporting tools; fix error logs; reconcile numbers; ensure data sanity and validation.
Reporting tool maintenance: Act as the techno-functional owner of a regional reporting tool; maintain and update hierarchies and data cubes.
Dashboard creation and support: Replace existing MS Excel reports with dashboards using data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI); provide insights to the business; handle data modeling, dashboard development, UAT, end-user training, deployment, and post go-live support.
Finance automation: Utilize tools like VB scripting, Power Query, Power Automate, and Power Pivot to develop simple and efficient automation solutions.
Who You Are:
At least 3 years of experience managing a reporting tool as a functional owner.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau.
Transformation mindset: Challenge the basics and demonstrate innovative thinking.
Ability to build cross-functional networks and influence without authority.
Experience in financial reporting.
Graduate in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a Programming-related course.
