Thats why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimageable with us.</span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.5in; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"> </p><br/><p>Your Role:</p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Lead and guide technical teams in developing and implementing end-to-end Data & Analytics (D&A) products, including data engineering and visualization in our D&A platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Tableau, and AWS.</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.</li><li>Support Product Owners (POs) in estimating development efforts, timelines, and resources.</li><li>Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful project completion by introducing necessary quality gates and release management.</li><li>Design data models for use cases, ensuring they meet business requirements and are scalable.</li><li>Collaborate with both technical and non-technical to understand and translate business requirements.</li><li>Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.</li><li>Partner closely with data engineers, product owners, and solution architects</li><li>Take ownership of developed solutions, ensuring ongoing maintenance and optimization.</li><li>Implement end-to-end data solutions, emphasizing code review and quality checks.</li><li>Collaborate with teams to delegate technical tasks, address issues, implement enhancements, and optimize code performance.</li><li>Help engineers design code modules that ensure long-term maintainability through adherence to best-in-class software design principles.</li><li>Ensure engineers adhere to defined standards.</li><li>Conduct comprehensive code reviews, offering detailed and constructive feedback to enhance code quality.</li><li>Facilitate knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices.</li><li>Act as a trainer and mentor to the engineering team, identifying individual strengths and areas for improvement.</li><li>Foster a culture of peer review and support within the team.</li><li>Coach team members, fostering collaboration and a learning environment.</li></ul><p><strong>Who you are:</strong><strong> </strong></p><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (math, statistics, computer science, data & analytics).</li><li>5+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining data and analytics applications at enterprise scale.</li><li>Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and SQL.</li><li>Proficiency in PySpark and Git version control is a must.</li><li>Experience with any data and analytics platforms like Palantir Foundry, Databricks, and others.</li><li>Good knowledge of any one of the cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP.</li><li>Good experience with tools for data modeling, warehousing, business intelligence, and databases (e.g. Tableau, Python, Hadoop, SAS, Business Objects, ORACLE, and Hive).</li><li>Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.</li><li>Experience in designing and developing products in an agile product development environment through proper modularization and packaging.</li><li>Experience working with unstructured, semi-structured, and structured data.</li><li>Familiarity with AI and Gen AI concepts.</li><li>Experience working with ERP data tables (SAP or Oracle).</li><li>Familiarity with Tableau, Snowflake or any other similar tool is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge how to use REST APIs</li><li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ typescript, and basic design/visual competency is a plus.</li></ul><p> </p><br/><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 1.5in; background-color: white; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: black; background-color: white;">Work Your Magic with us! </span></p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 1.5in; background-color: white; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"> </p><p style="margin: 0in 0in 0in 1.5in; background-color: white; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; color: black; background-color: white;">Ready to explore, break barriers, and discover more?
