About this role

EHS & Security Manager – Guatemala

En esta posición serás responsable de liderar las áreas de Seguridad, EHS y partes de Facility Management en Guatemala, asegurando que las operaciones de la Compañía se desarrollen en un entorno seguro, sostenible y eficiente. Tu misión será garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas legales y corporativas, gestionar riesgos, optimizar recursos y fomentar una cultura de seguridad, salud y sostenibilidad alineada con los estándares globales de la Compañía. Dirigirás las operaciones diarias del edificio, incluyendo mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, proyectos de infraestructura y servicios generales. Asimismo, implementarás programas de salud, seguridad y medio ambiente bajo estándares internacionales (ISO 14001 y 45001), liderando iniciativas de sostenibilidad en el uso de energía, agua, residuos y huella de carbono. En la parte de seguridad, tendrás la responsabilidad de administrar personal interno y externo, sistemas de CCTV, accesos y alarmas, así como coordinar investigaciones, planes de prevención y la relación con autoridades locales. Esta posición requiere una visión integral, capacidad de gestión de crisis y experiencia comprobada de al menos 5 años en roles similares, trabajando de manera transversal con distintas funciones para proteger a nuestros empleados, activos e instalaciones, contribuyendo directamente a la continuidad operativa y reputación de la Compañía.

Quién Eres

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Seguridad Ocupacional o carreras afines.

  • Inglés técnico (lectura, escritura y comunicación).

  • Conocimiento en normativas locales e internacionales de EHS y seguridad.

  • Manejo de SAP y MS Office.

  • Experiencia en gestión de sistemas de seguridad (CCTV, control de accesos, alarmas).

  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y liderazgo de equipos.

  • Capacidad de negociación y manejo de proveedores.

  • Pensamiento analítico, gestión de riesgos y resiliencia para manejo de crisis.
