Your Role:

The Regional Marketing Liaison will be responsible for supporting brand planning and marketing initiatives for Serostim within the designated region. This role will involve collaboration with cross-functional teams, healthcare professionals (HCPs), and internal stakeholders to drive awareness, education, and utilization of Serostim within large HIV Clinics/Aids Service Organizations (ASOs). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing, account management, customer development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the HIV healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other stakeholders to promote the Serostim brand and build advocacy. Facilitate educational presentations and discussions to enhance product understanding. Achieve account objectives based on customer needs and company strategy.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement regional marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with overall brand strategy. Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales representatives and other internal teams on Serostim product information, marketing strategies, and competitive positioning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, market access & payor solutions, advocacy, medical, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment on account management, messaging and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Event Coordination: Organize and participate in regional events, conferences, and seminars to promote the Serostim brand and engage with healthcare professionals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key performance metrics related to marketing activities and initiatives. Provide regular updates to management on progress and outcomes.
  • Market Analysis: Develop steering committee and conduct advisory boards to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the region related to the Serostim brand. Provide insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

 

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3 or more years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, with a focus on specialty products and account management.
  • 3 or more years of sales experience with large clinic or hospital accounts.
  • Proven experience in the healthcare landscape, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with rare diseases or specialty pharmaceuticals.
  • Knowledge of Serostim and its therapeutic indications.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in presentation skills, resource development and marketing analytics tools.

Location:  West region

Pay Range for this position: $165,100 - $247,700

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
