一、区域规划与目标达成

  1. 根据对所辖市场及罕见病疾病领域的深入了解,制定具有挑战性且可行的区域业务计划,包括目标医院及科室覆盖策略。
  2. 合理规划和执行每日拜访计划,确保有效拜访时间和拜访质量符合公司要求。保障产品在重点医院、重点科室的规范使用和持续增长,实现长期业务发展。

二、客户关系维护与学术推广

  1. 体现公司的专业学术形象,熟练掌握产品知识、疾病知识及相关指南,确保在学术拜访和活动中进行准确、规范的学术沟通。
  2. 与市场部、医学部及公司其他相关部门保持良好沟通与协作,共同推进公司在罕见病领域的整体策略落地。

三、报告与内部协同

  1. 按时、准确地提交各类工作报告和数据报表,包括拜访记录、活动总结、销售数据等。
  2. 积极参与公司组织的各类培训、会议和项目,持续提升专业知识和业务能力。
  3. 严格遵守公司合规及行为准则,在对外沟通中维护公司的品牌形象和学术声誉。

 

  • 任职要求
  1. 教育背景:本科及以上学历,医学、药学、生物学或相关专业优先。
  2. 经验需求:具有5年以上医药推广经验,具有外企经验优先
  3. 治疗领域:具有罕见病领域、骨科领域、肿瘤罕见靶点推广经验
  4. 熟练掌握产品知识,了解相关医学知识
  5. 具备一定的市场分析和业务规划能力,具备较强的业务实施能力
