Your Role:

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Batch Operations: Follow the Master Production Record (MPR) and perform batch operations using PLC/SCADA systems.
  • Data Management: Accurately record critical information (ingredients, weights, temperatures) into the database during batch execution, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to production equipment and processes effectively.
  • Safety Compliance: Observe and adhere to all safety and quality regulations, reporting any accidents or safety violations.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in planning and enhancing processes and product quality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the successful completion of the production process.
  • Physical Requirements: Meet the physical demands of the role, including extended periods of walking, standing, or sitting, lifting heavy objects, climbing, crouching, operating tools, and wearing appropriate safety gear.

 

Who You Are:

Basic/Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Experience: 3 to 7 years in a similar operational role.
  2. Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry or a Diploma/ B. Tech in Chemical Engineering.
  3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating PLC/SCADA systems.
  4. Data Accuracy: Ability to accurately record and input data into databases.
  5. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with safety and quality regulations in a production environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Documentation Skills: Strong documentation skills in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
  2. Troubleshooting Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills for addressing production equipment and process challenges.
  3. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
  4. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  5. Process Improvement Experience: Demonstrated experience in initiatives aimed at improving operational processes.
