About this role
Your Role:
- OLED어플리케이션 프로젝트 및 소재 개발 포트폴리오의 기획 및 주도
- 고객 프로젝트를 위한 OLED 소재 개발 연구 수행 및 OLED 기술에 대한 심층적 이해를 위한 소자 현상과 소재 파라미터 조사
- 프로젝트 목표, 고객 요구사항, 리스크, 일정, 비용 등을 종합적으로 고려한 OLED 소자 제작, 측정 및 평가 실험 계획 수립과 수행
- 고객 요구에 부합하는 OLED 소재 개발 업무 수행
- 고객 프로젝트에서 발생하는 기술적 이슈에 대한 지원 제공
- 내부 분석 도구를 활용한 OLED 소재 특성 및 통계 데이터 연구
- 내부 또는 고객screening stack을 활용한 소자 데이터 분석
- OLED 소자 성능 결과와 소재 특성 간 데이터 상관관계 분석
- OLED 소자 및 소재 관련 특허 출원 및 특허 분석
- OLED 소재 실험 계획 및 소재 확보에 대한 글로벌 협업 및 조율
- 공정 조건 및 신규기술에 대한 글로벌 정보 교류
Who you are:
- 물리, 광학, 전자, 화학 또는 공학 관련 석사 이상 학위 소지자
- + 5년 OLED 산업 경력
- OLED Device 관련 경험 필수
- OLED 소자 또는 소재의 시뮬레이션 경험 우대
- 박사학위 소지자의 경우 박사학위기간 경력 인정
- 영어 구사 (말하기 및 쓰기) 능력 필요
