Au sein de l’équipe de Maintenance & Qualification, sous la responsabilité de l'expert compliance du département TDO, votre rôle sera de rédiger les rapports annuels de maintien de l'état qualifié des équipements pour tous les départements du site d'Aubonne. En tant que membre de l'équipe, vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Rédiger des rapports annuels en compilant l'ensemble des données relatives aux équipements, y compris les événements qualité (CCP, déviations, etc.), ainsi que les activités de maintenance, calibration et qualification.
- Optimiser le processus actuel de préparation des rapports en collaboration avec l'équipe digitale et le Quality Engineering.
- Identifier des solutions d'automatisation pour simplifier et améliorer la préparation des rapports d'une année sur l'autre.
- Assurer la conformité des rapports avec les normes de qualité et les réglementations applicables.
- Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de documentation et de reporting au sein de l'équipe.

What you'll do
- The intern will be responsible for writing annual reports to maintain the qualified status of equipment across all departments. This includes compiling data related to quality events and maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards.
