<p><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Overview</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of business operations by conducting process reviews, assessing risks, and providing actionable insights for improvement. The role will play a critical part in establishing compliance standards and collaborating effectively with key stakeholders.</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></p><ul style="margin-bottom: 0.0cm; margin-top: 0.0px;"><li><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Scope of Business Compliance include but not limit to </span></strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">correctness of NID (customer segmentation of distributor & direct customers), conducting price audits, managing direct/distributor conversions, etc.</span></li><li><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Planning & Establishing SOPs:</span></strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"> Plan and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and methodologies for audits. Collaborate with stakeholders to align compliance practices with business objectives.</span></li><li><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Audit & Risk Evaluation:</span></strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"> Conduct quarterly audits to assess compliance levels and identify improvement areas for both direct customers & distributors. Evaluate risks associated with business processes and provide insights for enhancements.</span></li><li><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Onsite Audits:</span></strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"> Execute onsite audits to verify adherence to compliance standards among distributors, including inventory audits, invoice checks, and the implementation of distributor agreements.</span></li><li><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Ad Hoc Investigations:</span></strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;"> Investigate special cases as required, providing thorough analysis and recommendations.</span></li></ul><p><a name="_Hlk218687320"></a><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Qualifications:</span></strong></p><ul style="margin-top: 0.0cm; margin-bottom: 0.0cm;" type="disc"><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Proven experience in compliance management, auditing, or related roles.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of business processes and compliance regulations.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Preferred Skills:</span></strong></p><ul style="margin-top: 0.0cm; margin-bottom: 0.0cm;" type="disc"><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Certification in compliance or auditing is a plus.</span></li><li><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;">Experience in conducting audits and risk assessments.</span></li></ul>
