業務内容：業界トップブランドのMilli-Qのメンテナンス、修理、校正、バリデーション等の現場作業やMilli-Qのメンテナンスを行っている販売店や協力会社エンジニアの改善提案/教育を担当いただきます。
担当製品：超純水純水装置
訪問先：製薬、化学、大学、官公庁、病院
1日の対応件数：1～数件程度 協力会社実績
※更なる技術力向上にも繋がりやすい環境です。
キャリアパス：フィールドサービスエンジニアとして修理、校正、バリデーション等の実務から装置知識/精製技術やレギュレーション、コンサルテーション力、問題解決力等の経験を積み、国内の販売店や協力会社エンジニアのトレーナーやメルク社員のトレーナーとしてGlobalで活躍することが可能です。また、フィールドサービスエンジニアの実務経験を活かし、お客様からの電話問い合わせ業務やチームへステップアップや、Milli-Qの販売やサポートに関するプロジェクト等へ参加も可能です。

応募条件：
経歴：理化学機器、分析機器、医療器のフィールドサービスエンジニア経験者。または装置・機械系の品質管理や製品評価の経験者。
装置は触っている方で現場作業経験が無くてもチャレンジしたい方歓迎。
海外留学あるいは海外派遣経験者。英語力を活かしたい方歓迎。
学歴：高等学校または理系大学卒業以上
英語： SOP/サービスマニュアル/トレーニング資料を読むことに抵抗がない方
英語を読み、不明な場合は和訳し内容を理解することが求められます。
TOEIC 400点以上が望ましい。
必須資格：普通自動車免許
新人研修：
期間：3～6ヶ月（横浜オフィスラボ）
・装置基礎研修や自己学習で製品や構造、原理について学んでいただきます。
・海外トレーニングにも参加する場合があります。
*使用するマニュアル/資料は英語です。
出張：7割 宿泊を伴う出張が月にして10日前後

What you'll do
- The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for maintenance, repair, calibration, and validation of Milli-Q water purification systems. They will also provide improvement suggestions and training to engineers from partner companies.
