About this role
As the Director of SAP Program Deployment, you will play a crucial role in our business transformation initiatives utilizing HANA technologies. We are seeking an individual with a robust understanding of change and transformation management approaches, particularly in S/4HANA modules such as SD and MM, to drive the growth of our initiatives and enhance service levels for our customers. You will oversee the deployment of programs across end-to-end processes, including PP and FI, as well as systems like GTS and Ariba. Join us in shaping the future of our supply chain. You will leverage your proven expertise in project management methods to ensure that all SAP projects align with our business objectives and stakeholder requirements, including the application of SAP Activate and Agile methodologies. Your strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will guide multi-disciplinary process teams through the complexities of large-scale SAP programs, ensuring solution readiness and effective integration. You will develop and execute project plans while managing timelines, deliverables, and risks. Your leadership will facilitate project meetings, providing status updates and gathering valuable feedback from stakeholders. You will ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices throughout the project lifecycle, enabling effective engagement with various teams. Who You Are:
- You hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have 10+ years of experience in SAP project management methods, including SAP Activate and Agile methodologies.
- You demonstrate excellent management skills, particularly in business transformation programs, and possess extensive knowledge of key processes such as Order to Cash, Forecast to Plan, Plan to Produce, and Purchase to Pay.
- You are experienced in SAP S/4HANA modules, including SD, MM, PP, FI, CO, EHS, EWM, and systems like GTS, MDG, GRC, Ariba, and Concur.
- You have proven expertise in general project management methods and a strong understanding of SAP BTP, MDG, and GTS.
- Your excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills will be essential in this role.
