Looking for a team where personality counts just as much as skill—and no two days are ever the same? We want you!
The Budd Group is looking for a confident, self-driven Staffing Coordinator to join our team in Morrisville, NC, with a primary focus on supporting key accounts. This role is ideal for someone whose personality lights up a room, can roll with a little chaos (the fun kind), and still gets serious work done.
In this high-impact role, you’ll be the go-to partner for staffing a demanding industrial/pharmaceutical environment, supporting a 140-employee account with high turnover and strict client standards. You’ll recruit high-caliber frontline janitorial staff and clean room/GMP technicians, work closely with four on-site managers, and help stabilize a critical account where precision matters. You’ll be the 10th member of a tight-knit, playful, supportive team that truly has each other’s backs.
Staffing Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead High-Volume Recruiting: Manage full-cycle hiring for frontline janitorial staff and clean room/GMP technicians, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
Staff a Critical Account: Focus primarily on one account, recruiting candidates with the right certifications, experience, and mindset for sterile clean room environments.
Handle Pressure with Precision: Navigate strict client policies and a “one-strike” environment while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and professionalism.
Support Managers: Partner with four site managers to address staffing needs, last-minute call-outs, and workforce fluctuations.
Maintain Compliance: Ensure all employee documentation, background checks, certifications, and onboarding requirements are accurate and up to date.
Be a Team Player: Assist the broader Shared Services team with other accounts, benefit enrollments, and Bud Connects across the region when bandwidth allows.
Boost Retention: Help identify candidates who will stick and succeed despite rigorous client expectations.
Staffing Coordinator Requirements:
Personality Matters Most: Positive, adaptable, and able to joke around while staying focused—this team is fun, tight-knit, and a little chaotic in the best way.
Resilient Under Pressure: Comfortable managing high turnover, last-minute notices, and demanding client standards without burning out.
Detail-Oriented Recruiter: Able to identify high-quality candidates for GMP, clean room, and sterile environments where precision is critical.
Experienced & Grounded: Seasoned enough to handle volume recruiting and client pressure, even if experience levels vary.
Strong Communicator: Can build trust with managers, candidates, and teammates across multiple personalities.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable learning HR systems and managing high volumes of data accurately.
Office-Based: Must work in person with our team in Morrisville, NC.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (in-person)
Staffing Coordinator Benefits:
Supportive Culture: A hands-on manager who doesn’t micromanage and a team that truly feels like a house full of people helping each other.
Stability: Office-based role with consistent hours.
Training & Onboarding: Structured onboarding with shadowing and hands-on learning.
Autonomy & Trust: Freedom to own your work as long as the job gets done.
Career Growth: Join a growing account within a stable, expanding company where your impact is visible and valued.
