🌟 What You’ll Be Doing
As our Sanitation Team Lead, you’re not just cleaning — you’re leading the charge! You’ll keep our space sparkling while making sure your cleaning crew is hitting all the right marks.
Your day will include:

Keeping areas fresh and spotless (general cleaning, dusting, vacuuming)

Restroom cleaning that meets the highest standards 🧼

Pulling trash and keeping things neat and organized

Checking behind cleaning teams to ensure everything is done right and on scope

Jumping in on other tasks as assigned by your supervisor
💪 What You’ll Need

1–3 years of cleaning experience (you know the ropes!)

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly

A sharp eye for detail and pride in a job well done

Leadership skills and a positive, team-first attitude
