🌿 Job Title: Landscape Crew Leader (a.k.a. Captain of the Green Team!)
💵 Pay Rate: $20–$22/hour
⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (occasional overtime required)
📍 Location: Mooresville, NC
💪 Requirements:
Must be able to lift 35 lbs repeatedly—think mulch bags, not gym heroics.
Must have a valid North Carolina driver's license and a good driving record
🧠 Experience:
1–3 years of hands-on landscaping experience preferred.
🌼 What You’ll Do:
As a working crew leader, you won’t just point—you’ll lead by example. You’ll help turn outdoor spaces into showstoppers while keeping your crew motivated and on track.
Your day may include:

Leading and directing crew members on tasks assigned by the foreman and manager

Mowing, mulching, planting sod, and making landscapes look their best

Assisting with irrigation and spraying as needed

Jumping in wherever the job needs you—because teamwork makes the turf work
