Job Title: Janitorial Shift Supervisor

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Janitorial Shift Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations at Greensboro General. The ideal candidate will lead a team of janitorial staff, ensure work is completed to quality standards, and maintain a safe and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support janitorial team members during assigned shift

Assign daily tasks and ensure all duties are completed efficiently

Conduct quality checks to maintain cleanliness standards

Train new staff on procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols

Communicate supply needs, equipment issues, and updates to management

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations

Assist with cleaning tasks as needed
