We are seeking JANITORIAL MANAGER TRAINEES in the Lowcountry to oversee janitorial operations for our schools.
⭐This role offers the opportunity to train and grow into a Manager role. If you have strong supervisory experience and leadership skills, we encourage you to apply!
⭐This position requires a FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. Hours are typically 40 hours a week, and the schedule will be 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM to start.
What is a Janitorial Manager in Training?
- Training new hires and making sure they understand their new roles
- Oversee and troubleshoot employee related issues
- Provide excellent customer service
- Making sure the scope of work is being adhered to per the contract
- Develop and implement effective workflow processes and standards
- Foster strong client relationships and seek opportunities for expansion
- Provide leadership in staffing plans, training, safety and employee development
- All Janitorial Manager - Trainees are required to clean buildings
What We Need!
- Desire to learn and grow in an expanding market
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Basic knowledge of Human Resource policies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- 2-3 years in a Supervisor role
