As a member of our grounds team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our students, faculty, and families have a safe, pristine, and inspiring environment to learn and grow.
Position Details

Role: Full-Time Landscape Crew Member

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Weekends as needed for special events or weather)

Key Responsibilities
-
General turf maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging.

Planting, mulching, pruning, and seasonal flower bed care.

Assisting with leaf removal and snow/ice remediation during winter months.

Operating and maintaining professional-grade landscaping equipment.

Collaborating with the facilities team to prepare the campus for athletic events and school ceremonies.
Requirements & Qualifications
To ensure the safety and excellence of our campus community, all candidates must meet the following criteria:

Background Check: Ability to pass a comprehensive lifetime criminal background check.

Driving Record: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and provide a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.

Health & Safety: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Experience: Previous professional landscaping experience is required. Experience working within a school or campus environment is a significant plus.

Reliability: Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and professional conduct.
