Janitorial Route Service Specialist

🧹🚐 Position: Janitorial Mobile Route Specialist
Are you a road warrior 🛣️, a cleaning pro 🧼, and a business-minded go-getter in training 📈?

🌟 What Will You Do?
You’ll perform client-requested specialty cleaning services across the Nashville, Chattanooga, and Huntsville markets 📍—no two days are the same!
✅ Requirements
• Pass drug test & background check 🧪
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year record 🚗
• Ability to travel locally & long distance 🗺️
• Previous cleaning experience preferred 🧽
• Strong communication & people skills 🗣️
• Ability to work independently 👊
• Willingness to obtain & maintain certifications 📜
• Possible on-call duties 📞
🧠 Knowledge Of:
• Cleaning & disinfection 🦠
• Pressure washing 💦
• Floor care (strip, wax, buff) ✨
• PPE use & chemical handling (dilution & dwell times) 🧤
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Clean & disinfect offices, restrooms, lobbies, hallways, elevators & common areas 🧼
• Replenish supplies; empty trash & transport waste 🗑️
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, strip, wax & refinish floors 🧹
• Clean carpets, furniture, walls, ceilings, vents, windows & fixtures 🪟
• Perform outdoor pressure washing of buildings & walkways 💦
• Disinfect high-touch points (doorknobs, switches, faucets, elevator buttons) 🦠
• Operate cleaning equipment (buffers, scrubbers, extractors, wet vacs, etc.) ⚙️
• Perform occasional pathogen remediation 🧬
• Follow proper PPE use & chemical application instructions 🧤
• Communicate professionally with clients & team members 🤝
• Participate in ongoing training as industry standards evolve 📚
• Perform other duties as assigned ✅
