Where Care Meets Coordination: Join Our HR Family! ❤️

Join Our Team: Benefits & Claims Coordinator

Are you a people-person with a passion for problem-solving? Do you thrive on making sure teammates are taken care of when they need it most? We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Benefits & Claims Coordinator to join our Human Resources family!

In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our employee support system—helping our team navigate their benefits with ease and ensuring that if an accident happens, the road to recovery is smooth and stress-free. If you love a mix of strategic data analysis and genuine human connection, we want to meet you!

How You’ll Make an Impact

You will be the "go-to" expert for our health, wellness, and retirement programs. You’ll help our employees understand their options, lead engaging benefit meetings, and ensure everyone has the coverage they need to thrive. From managing our 401(k) and wellness perks to keeping our digital systems (Dayforce & BenefitFirst) running like clockwork, you’ll be the hero of Open Enrollment!

🛡️ Protecting Our Team (Claims Management)

Safety and care go hand-in-hand. You will manage our workers’ compensation and vehicle claims programs with empathy and precision. You’ll partner with insurance carriers, medical providers, and our Safety team to ensure injured employees get back on their feet and that we are constantly learning how to make our workplace even safer.

📊 Supporting the Mission (HR & Compliance)

As a key member of the Corporate HR team, you’ll keep us organized and compliant. Whether you’re updating organizational charts, analyzing data for renewal season, or assisting with special HR projects, your work ensures our "Shared Services" engine runs at peak performance.

  • Communication Skills: You can turn complex insurance jargon into easy-to-understand information for our employees.
  • Heart: You possess outstanding customer service skills and a high level of integrity. You care about doing the right thing for our people.
