We are looking for a dedicated, detail oriented JANITORIAL MAINTENCE TECH
You aren't just cleaning a building, you are maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment were students can learn and grow!
Offering NEXT DAY PAY through Dayforce Wallet Mobile App💸
HOURS: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
LOCATION: Downtown Charleston (On the bus route, on site parking provided!)
PAY: $18.00/hr
DAYS: Monday through Friday
Ideal candidate MUST have a knowledge of basic hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, etc. Will be using these tools at times to change out light bulbs, door handles, or ceiling tiles
- Sanitation & Cleaning: Perform daily cleaning of hallways, offices, and common areas. This includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting high touch surfaces such as water fountains, push plates, and hand rails
- Restroom Maintenance: Clean and sanitize restrooms thoroughly; restock paper towels, soap, and other supplies
- Waste Management: Empty trash and recycling bins daily; ensure all waste is disposed and removed from the building
We are looking for someone RELIABLE and DEDICATED to the environment.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and crouch up to 8 hours per day
Must be able to climb ladders to change ceiling tiles
Lifting up to 50 pounds
