Our dishwashers are responsible for providing clean and sanitized tableware for our guests along with clean pots, pans and utensils.  They take pride in keeping the equipment clean and dish area organized.  Positive attitudes and teamwork are a part of The Brass Tap culture.  If you like working behind the scenes in a fast-paced environment, then apply now!  Now hiring full-time and part-time positions.  
 
Responsibilities

  • Follow food safety guidelines for washing, drying and storing dishes and utensils,Busing Tables and Pre busing Tables and Running Bar and Plastic drinking cups. Running all trash. 

  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures

  • Keep equipment clean and organized 

  • Complete duties without constant supervision

Requirements

  • Minimum age 21 or older, based on applicable state & local requirements

  • Available to work weekend and holiday shifts

  • Able to competently operate the dish machine equipment

  • Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds

  • Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
