About The Bergaila Companies

Since 1987, The Bergaila Companies have been matching talented people with great jobs in oil, gas, and energy. But we're not just another recruiting firm sending out resumes and hoping something sticks.

Our recruiters have worked in energy for decades — over a century of combined experience, actually. That means when a client needs someone who knows their way around upstream operations or renewable infrastructure, we know exactly who to call. We've built relationships with the best companies and candidates in the business, whether they're looking for contract work or permanent positions.

We take the time to get it right. When we place someone, we make sure they'll fit both the technical requirements and the company culture. It's why energy companies keep coming back to us, and why the best candidates trust us with their careers.

But our work doesn't stop at making the match. We handle all the details that turn a job into a successful career. Need specialized training for your role? We'll make sure you get it. Company vehicle for field work? We've got that arranged. From managing payroll to streamlining onboarding, we handle the logistics so our clients and employees can focus on what they do best.

For our contract employees, this means they're set up for success from day one. No scrambling for safety gear or transportation, no wondering about the next paycheck. Each person gets the individualized training they need, along with all the proper PPE for their specific role. For our clients, it means less administrative hassle and more time focused on their core business.

We like to say we put the unity in opportunity, and we mean it. This isn't about making quick placements — it's about bringing the right people together and supporting them every step of the way. That's what we've been doing for over 35 years, and we're pretty good at it.
