Opportunity Snapshot:

Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of production equipment
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Collaborate with other production team members to ensure daily production targets are met
- Support efforts to maintain product quality and production efficiency
- Work independently and within a team environment to resolve technical issues quickly and safely
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field (required)
Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to safety and operational excellence
