About this role

Overview

We are seeking a Civil Engineer for assignment in Omaha, Nebraska. The selected candidate will work on site development, site master planning and site selection.

 

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

 

This position can work a Hybrid schedule in Omaha

This position requires a Professional Engineer License (PE)

Relocation assistance will be provided for the right candidate

This position can be Direct Hire to the client for the right candidate

Responsibilities

- Underground utility routing and site space planning

- Hydrology analysis for designing storm drain systems

- Analyzing and designing gravitational wastewater systems

- Performing final grading plans including cut and fill analysis and earthwork balancing

- Providing erosion and sediment control plans, stormwater pollution prevention plans and support permit approval

- Researching and adhering to local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) requirements for design and construction in any given area

- Stormwater analysis and modeling in software applications, such as StormCAD and CivilStorm

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering

- 4 - 8+ years experience

- A Professional Engineer License (PE)

- Advanced proficiency with Civil 3D
