You play a key role in embedding a data‑driven culture within HR and elevating the organisation’s analytical maturity.
You support the CHRO and HR leaders with sharp insights on talent, performance, engagement and organisational effectiveness, with the aim of increasing agility, efficiency and sustainable growth.
