As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:
Be responsible for creating exceptional pastries and desserts for our discerning guests, adding your own flair and innovation to menu favourites.
Be responsible for managing and motivating a team, working alongside the Executive Pastry Chef to ensure the best possible dining experience for our guests.
Use the finest products, and cook from scratch to create a unique experience for our guests
Work alongside the chefs to prepare and present food to the highest standards
Use creative methods of cooking
Be able to work under pressure during busy periods
Cooperate well with colleagues in own team and across departments
Be knowledgeable of the hotel and our products, and actively seek opportunities to promote them
Take ownership of own tasks and responsibilities in line with the departmental standards
