 Shipping and Receiving Customer Service Representative

Overview

As a TAG Shipping and Receiving Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving operations and management tasks such as receiving, stowage, shipping of supplies and receipt processing. 


*This position is contingent upon contract award. 


Security Requirement:

  • Top-Secret/SCI Clearance is required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Process receipts of incoming material, schedule and perform personal property Inventories, and manage database.
  • Assists in policy enforcement related to personal property management program.
  • Provide guidance and support to personal property managers and custodians, assist with personal property disposition, and R-Supply.
  • Ensures correct processing and forwarding of receipt, transfer, and disposition of supporting documents.

Requirements:

  • License to operate a forklift.
  • Minimum five years of warehousing and inventory management experience within the DoD.
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license.
  • Must be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must be able to enter data into multiple databases accurately.
