Job Title: New Homes Sales Advisor

Location: Tonbridge

Salary: OTE: up to £50,000.00 per annum

Contract Type: Fixed Term (12 months)

Hours: Thursday to Monday from 9:45am to 5:15pm

Driving Licence: Please note, that this is beneficial but not essential.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate for this role will be driven, ambitious and able to communicate a high level of customer care to their clients. We are looking for candidates who are wanting to create a long-term career, you should be able to work to targets and deadlines.

Duties will include:

  • Qualifying potential buyers ,identifying their needs and matching them to our available new homes properties.

  • Responding quickly and efficiently to all enquiries received through multiple sources.

  • Booking and accompanying clients to view properties or to conduct the Sale process “off-plan”.

  • Negotiating offers and liaising with Developers.

  • Delivering the highest levels of customer service without exception.

  • Generation of business referrals to our Mortgage Business and to other divisions of The Acorn Group.
