The Regional Sales Team Lead’s role is to manage and lead a team of sales representatives who sell Paytronix solutions into the restaurant and convenience store industry in the US and Canada. The primary focus is to meet and exceed all sales goals against an assigned quota. This includes taking a holistic look at an account, identifying ways to help the team maximize/execute against sales strategy, traveling to meet with customers, active coaching of sales representatives, managing accurate forecasting, and reporting to senior leadership. You will need to be able to work with sales, technical, finance and marketing people with a general understanding of each point of view.
