Core Responsibilities
Drive technical implementation of CEO-directed projects
Architect and oversee delivery of complex software solutions
Establish technical standards and best practices within the team
Coordinate with other technical leads and stakeholders
Mentor and develop team members' technical capabilities
Guide proof-of-concept projects and innovation initiatives
Technical Requirements
10+ years of extensive software development experience
Distinguished expertise in Microsoft stack including .NET, SQL, and Azure PaaS services or at least one of the programming language such as Java, React Native, Angular etc.
Mastery of multiple technology stacks and architectural patterns
Deep understanding of cloud native architecture and distributed systems
Expert knowledge in security, scalability, and performance optimization
Experience with technical strategy and roadmap development
